Anne Phung Nguyen

I am Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my incredible fianc JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I post my daily life: the good, the bad and all between. When I was 1 year old my family, me and my parents came into America. If not for the hard work of my parents, I wouldn't exist today to share my life with you. Knowing I had an opportunity for a better life, I aimed to impress them and was a shrewd entrepreneur when it came to the success. My goals were set for me to study at university, land an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy the house. That was my ideal of what it would take to be successful. But the reality of life changed my thoughts. In 2013, I found it difficult to accept my job. While the pay and position was good but I did not feel that the work was satisfying. Instead I felt that I was doing nothing but wasting time. While I moved towards my new life path I realized the importance of personal training and that's what I wanted to do. I'm a sucker of exercise and enjoy working in the company of people and am eager to help them. I began my business in the year 2014. My company is celebrating its 7th anniversary this year. Being an Asian female working in the field, there are very many of us. As a coach, my goal is to inspire others to live a healthier and enjoyable life by establishing healthy and sustainable living styles that meet every person's individual needs and desires. My goal is to encourage others to chase their goals and lead the lives they've always wanted. While my professional life was taking off, I was struck by the most devastating loss in my life to datein the death of my mother. She won her eight-year struggle with Scleroderma. Then she's in Heaven and I will keep her in my heart. Even if you can't see the signs at first, God can be a bit elusive in giving us what we really need. In so many ways, the loss of my mother has changed my life. It is my belief that she offered me another chance to experience her loss. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to start her new journey. I got my second chance to live the life of a fulfilled and happy. At the age of 30, I have a sense that I am alive and living. I'm not feeling like I just exist anymore. My story is made available to you so that I can talk about my experience and words. This will help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You're capable of getting anything you'd like in your life. Therapy is vital and normal. Health is the greatest riches. As death is all that we can have I want you to enjoy your life and die with no regrets.
